Hi! I'm César Toledo, single father to Lailah (8)  and a certified parenting coach and mindfulness instructor.

After having became a father, I decided to pause my carrer as a computational physics engineer to deepen my knowledge in parenting and personal development, so that I could be the parent I wanted to be to my daughter.

Through this journey I found that fatherhood was a highway to personl growth and personal transformation.

That's why in 2023 I founded "Engaged Fatherhood", a program to support other parents in their path to a fulfilled and mindful parenthood.
